    In honor of the All Star Game in Miami I'm following up on this. Had Fernandez lived people say he would have been in this All Star game at home. I say, not true. No one followed up but it was found that he was driving with a BAC twice the legal limit. A homicide conviction will prevent you from attending the all-star game.

    They also found cocaine in his system but its not clear if he was the one driving - the worst was when Taveras was drunk and killed a girl who was in the car with him and St. Louis put his number up
