    Do Any Posters Suffer From Constipation?

    I am at work now on toilet 20 minutes sweating bullets but i cant leave till i release. My supervisor will give me crap when i get back and i am scared i might be suspended

    I had a sub with hot sauce today from subway so it also might be that

    What should i do to get out fast??
