SportsBetting.ag sent me two e-mails offering a reload bonus to reactivate my account. The e-mails specifically mentioned my name and username and said the bonus was by invitation only. But after the deposit they would not add the bonus because I requested a withdrawal a few weeks ago. I don't understand why they would send these misleading e-mails mentioning my account and saying I will get a bonus to reactivate my account and then after the deposit they say the t&C rule 13 says see website rules then you need to review 8 pages of rules to see the bonus does not apply if a withdrawal in the last 30 days. i think it is disappointing and misleading for them not honor bonuses specifically mentioned in personal e-mails to their customers.

It's not 8 pages long... and even if it was it is still your responsibility to check it.

Refusing to even look at the terms is common among people who make threads like this.

The terms are exactly 8 pages but who cares. I am just trying to help other players out by informing them of this so others do not deposit based on a bonus e-mail and then find out they do not qualify.

My point is this 100% reload bonus promotion was not a mass e-mail sent to all their customers. They used some type of computer program to filter the people to offer this to likely based on a low balance and maybe lifetime losses. But they could also have used the program to filter out people that had withdrawals in the past 30 days rather than mislead them with a bonus promotion that they cannot even receive.

I like sportsbetting.ag but didn't like how they did this. I also take some responsibility here since I did not click the link and review all the terms so I am not filing any complaint against them I am just trying to inform the SBR community of this practice.

I will post the e-mail offer they sent and you can decide if you think it is a bit misleading.

As I said I take responsibility here but they could do simple things like add a statement to the e-mail t&c and say bonus does not apply if withdrawal in previous 30 days.

Or when I entered the promo code before the deposit they also could have their software say that promo code is invalid rather than accept the money and then say the bonus does not apply.

I never take a bonus. It is never worth all of the b.s that goes with it. Much easier to bet and not have to worry about rollovers and holds and all the b.s that comes with them. Only bonuses to accept are no deposit bonuses, other than that they are not worth it.

I just 100% of the time ask them straight up if the bonus applies to me for today. They say yes or no. Then I go on from there. I stopped reading the 10 page paper everytime I wanted a bonus.
