We never see woman Presidential Nominee again in our life time
If I live long enough to see 2050, I expect that there will be another Black President and a 1st Hispanic President by then. Just don't see another woman representing either party, especially the Republicans.
Hilary's resume is going to be hard to top. Former 1st Lady, Attorney, Senator, and Secretary of the State. Every single one of those role are all impressive in their own rights. We will probably never see it again.

How will this election play out on demographics?
1) Males. When it comes time to pull the lever, only hard-core Dems are going to vote Hillary.
2) Females. This should be 90% Hillary, but she's not that well-liked even by women.
3) Minorities. This had to be 80%+ to Hillary, right?
