I did one monday and had it processed to me today.

Seems they are getting slower with these.

Anyone else notice this, or experience anything better/Worse?

It was finally processed today. I requested it early Monday. First time this has happened.

But I can only imagine that the NBA series on Sunday that ended... had something to do with a lot of PO's this past Monday.

This is the second time in 2 weeks this has happened. I had to call CS 4 times and was given the usual BS and then told I needed to use a different e-mail before I finally got the verification e-mail. Took about 4 days from the time I requested the payout before it was in my wallet.

Yep, I hear you Jay. I spent 20 minutes during Live Chat getting my PO options verified. I asked if I could do a courier chk request... and I also asked if I could do a Bitcoin PO? Customer rep said I couldn't do a Bitcoin PO... and I quickly said... my last 2 deposits were Bitcoin... I don't understand why I can't? He said you're right sir my apologies. I said... you know what? Just forget the Bitcoin PO... give me a free courier chk. (In my mind... I said... I'm not having anything being held up because of inconsistencies.)

That's one thing 5Dimes needs to do. Fix the damn wording for Bitcoin PO's. It clearly says IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE A BITCOIN DEPOSIT you can still receive a FREE PO up to 5k every 7 days. Will SBR tell them to change the wording. It's ridiculous and 100% inconsistent.

Nothing but non-stop repeated lies from Suzanne & Nina today. Every time they told me something, it was the exact opposite of what the previous one said. They lie so much and/or are so incompetent, they don't know what to tell me. What I was left with is, that I cannot cash out my winnings. They have basically stolen hundreds from me, and I'd strongly suggest to EVERYONE to never deposit another cent with 5Dimes/Sportbet, and boycott them from now to eternity. I hope they choke to death on the money they just downright pilfer from their own customers. They might just be broke/bankrupt and simply don't have any money. If you have any money with them, better just kiss it goodbye. 5Dimes/Sportbet and their despicable display of deceit is worthy of an 'F' SBR Rating.
