    People are coming forward saying that they had warned Disney about the alligator problem, including an attorney who said an alligator had approached his son last year and the staff seemed unconcerned. A maintenance man had also requested that the area be fenced off due to the alligator presence. There are no signs warning any guests about the threat of alligators.
