    Gaze I do something similar but with open parlays 7 slots, which payoff is even better. You might want to try this instead. With your 10 unit investment if you hit 5 straight you should be up roughly 75 units if avg odds 1.5

    Uh, no, mathematically you are getting a better payoff while taking the same exact risk. So I don't get why you say it's pure gambling when you are taking the same risk of 10u initially. You might want to do the math on this and get back to us.

    I read it wrong, thought you wanted me to win 7 straight @1.5 which has mathematically only 5.4% chance of cashing.

    Anyway, it would still be more risky. Sure, the risk is only 10u, but there's a lower chance of the open parlay cashing when you wait for 75u profit instead of 40. In the long run I'll hopefully win e.g. 10*40 = 400 units, and your approach would win maybe 5*75=375 or 450 with some luck.

    Dude, one last time then I give up. If you do an open parlay, instead of just doubling your bets, making the same # of plays using the same initial starting amount, then you will have nearly twice as many units as you would doing your current system.

    I am essentially doing an open parlay, just spread over more bookies for best prices.

    Look: Bet 1 - 10u @1.5, wins 5u
    Bet 2 - 15u @1.5, wins 7.5u
    Bet 3 - 22.5u @1.5 wins 11.25
    Bet 4 - 33.75u @1.5 wins 16.87

    Total profit: 40.62 - series closed because 40 units is really damn enough. Open parlay with these 4 picks would risk 10 units @5.062 to win exactly the same units, 40.62. If I wanted 75 units per open parlay/series I'd have to gamble further with all that nice profit.

    You gotta have a great head on your shoulders to make it. How many of us have chucked the rest of our account balance on the last game to make up for a losing day? You have to deal with losses well, make your plays after some research and be done. And of course you have to know how to pick winners and know what to look for. Something I know nothing about. I think if you had a 250k-500k bankroll, were incredibly prudent and wise, you just let your money make you more money. Oh I lost my 400 bet, I'll bet 600, I lost that, oh no worries I still have 467K, 2K game I really like lose, no worries, 4K game I really like, a Dog too! BAM! Back up to 475K. You need money to make money...

    A guy with 467K gambling BR wouldn't bother betting 400 on a game. And with a good strategy even 10k-20k is enough to go pro.

    I'm not here to post picks. I merely suggested that this pseudo-open parlay system is good, but naysayers didn't believe me so I made 100 units as promised. I would be in huge profit regardless of changing bet sizes, but when I bet big it's because I have a good reason to. And sure enough, all high confidence picks won by two goals. Now if y'all excuse me I'm gonna make myself a fortune.
