I will offer a $20-4-team parlay to the one individual who covers my Las Vegas questions the best, or the most thorough. And yes, my name speaks for itself.
I am also tinkering about the idea of moving there, too, being retired, and love to take on the challenge of having someone pay my rent--if I win.
I hear those casino-Books just love to give their money away to fanatical sports bettors like me.

Okay, seriously, some questions.
1. I may only want to rent a place for 3 months. I have made several calls--and when those apartment supervisors answer the phone--not often--they say a 6 month rental is the minimum they will do. Within that 3 month stay I will know if I can fall in love with glorious Las Vegas, or the other, take my lamea$$ back home a few pounds lighter[$].

The question: Where is it possible to only stay 3 months [ or even less] rather than the full 6 months?

2. I understand, checking on the internet, that football cards are back in full swing--I mean regular-paper, football cards, the ones that stay concrete until game time. Is that true? I understand , Cal-Neva, is the best with football cards? The electronic ones, I do believe, are not worthy of following because of constant changes.

3.What's allowed in those Sportsbooks? Say, cellphone, mini-laptops, etc. Do you have to fight for a table, a place you can study on your potential bets? Do you have to stand in line to bet a major-live TV game, for instance. That sounds too crude for me if true.

4. Betting accounts.
Can you call in bets at most Las Vegas Sportbooks? Also, is it possible to see their betting board online and then bet with any Books online?

1. Craigslist for short term rentals or just discuss your intentions with said people on Craigslist

2. They exist at some places. I know Westgate has them. But why bet using parlay/teaser cards, -EV sucker bets.

3. I brought my laptop and cell phone and tablet in there many times no problem. Whether or not you have to fight for a table or seat depends on a lot of factors. Size of the book, day of the week. During the week you should be fine at most books. College Football Saturday or NFL Sunday a lot of places will reserve seating for the bigger bettors or people who pay for seating. Your best bet on busy traffic days are large books with a lot of seating like Westgate or Mandalay Bay and get there early if you dont want to pay. Yes, you have to stand in line to bet on Saturdays/Sundays at least. I would usually show up an hour or two early and the line would be huge.

4. No you have to use a runner or bet in person

I think you have to be a Nevada Resident to call in bets over the phone? There are apps so it's pretty easy to get a wager down. I've brought my phone in a sportsbook so I could go on sbr odds and oddsportal to track the line moves and injuries. There are tons of people renting out places short term on craigslist or even check out the twoplustwo forum and search for the las vegas style sub forum. There's a thread designated for short term rentals.

2.) Cards are for suckers. Occasionally you can pick some bad numbers on them but few and far between. Station and Coast properties are card kings. Even the paper ones get updated during the week.

3.) You can use your electronic devices anywhere in book except for at the window itself. The book can kick you out if they feel you are using devices in a way they deem "illegal". It is private property.

4.) Phone and internet accounts are given to people who have established residence within the state of NV. You will need a NV dl or id along with a utility bill.
