    Top five NBA head coaches...

    #1. Gregg Popovich

    #2. Rick Carlisle

    #3. Erik Spoelstra

    #4. Brad Stevens

    #5. Steve Kerr

Plenty of other guys just missed cracking the top five, but this is your official list. You can't go wrong having these men in your corner.

Mike Budenholzer is #2. He has a ton of wins without any all stars on team.

It wasn't easy keeping him out of the top five.

Yeah it was easy putting king Erik spoelstra there. He needed 7 games to beat hornets team missing 2 good players.

Why is pops always on top? He has won 1 title in 10 years.

The next 5 is probably easier to pick but I would mention

    Doc Rivers
    David Joerger
    Frank Vogel

    Miami wasn't missing anyone?

Quit hating on Pops. It's embarrassing.

Let's see your list, tough guy.

I'm a big fan of Joerger and Vogel.

Doc is good at rallying the troops, but I'm not a fan of his game-calling or rotations. Plus, he's been a terrible president for the Clippers.

Scott Skiles is decent, but teams eventually tune him out.

    You like Lawrence Frank??

Miami was missing bosh. The line indicated heat in 6. I'm not getting into this shit with you. Pops is a great coach. He isn't the best coach in the league. He does little with so much. If he loses to okc he should be fired.

All of his guys are in their 30s, Duncan is 40. Leonard is his only player in his prime.

No wonder Goat is constantly running circles around you.

Giant you have a lot of arrogance. Your list was a joke. Carlisle is better than pops. He would have won 8 titles if he had the same spots.

Spo working hard lol. He had james for 2 titles. He will never win another title with the heat.

You have kerr #5. Lol. He is already better than pops. He will win more rings than pops before 10 years are up.

Giant go play with seaweeds pussy you motherfukker.

Aldridge is easily in his prime. He's 30 years old....

Pop is best coach no one even close. Took scrub players like Danny Green Bellinelli Patty Mills and Borris Diaw and turned them into legit role players. Aldridge came to SA just for pops. BTW, isn't Aldridge from Dallas? He could have a great team in Dallas with him Dirk Dwill Matthews Parsons. That's a damn good team if you add a legit bench....but he chose spurs instead of going home...why? Pop.

Carlisle is average at best. He had feuds with Rondo. A great coach will never run a player out of town. Never. If Pop was Rondo's coach, he'd treat him like his son, nurture him, teach him how to shoot....pop is a genius and a family man. He knows how to connect with players. Carlisle doesn't. That's why he'll never be considered a great coach.

Steve Kerr has the same DNA has pop. No one even close to those two guys.

Utah and Memphis two good coaches. Spoelstra is a good coach. Everyone else is far under including Carlisle...who is a good x's and o's guy...but has no clue how to connect with players or motivate his team.

    Goat, great summary.

I disagree on Carlisle, but agree with everything else. I'm now able to see how you've completely dominated lakerboy for many, many years.

Pop is number one because he aint afraid to yell at his players.. unlike all them head biatches that are pusees to even point out bad players.

Rondo has a ring, been to 2 finals, several conference finals. He is a winner. The point wasn't whether he is good or not anyway. If Pop had Rondo on his team, there would be no rift, no argument. That's the sign of the great coach. If your players hate you, even if it's one single player on the roster, you're an average coach at best. You can't rationalize with other ideologies. You are full of yourself. These are the characteristics of Carlisle.
