So what killed him? Any reports come in yet to the cause of his death? Odds are cocaine or pills did him in..

His former dealer said that he had been buying Dliaudid and fentanyl patches from him for 25 years.

He had bad stage fright, Dliaudid is like a synthetic heroin. Very strong. Had it in the hospital. Very addicting. He combined this with Percocet, resulting in his death. Can't mix drugs.
