look into things like reishe mushroom, grape seed extract, etc

have you had your chronium levels tested? ppl with diabetes often have low chronium levels which causing a spike in insulin. you get chronium from things like egg yolks brown rice and can be foudn in good amounts in apple cider vinegar (brag's organic version). acv is also proven to regulate insulin levels. even if you get chronium in your diet, your body may not be probably absorbing it. that could be said for a number of vitamins and minerals that regulate blood sugar. you have to test for everything, and i don't mean just the basic panels.

diabetes are often genetic but it is easily curable through diet changes and reg blood work to monitor levels. you need to get blood work on things that doctor's aren't often checking for when it comes to diabetes. having certain vitamins and minerals that are out of wack in your body can easily cause an insulin surge or imbalance of some sort. i can't be exactly sure what's off in your body but something definitely is. good luck.
