Nevada betting apps vs. offshore wagering

First time poster long time "watcher" of this website/forum and I would first like to say thanks to everyone that contributes. Living in Nevada, Las Vegas to be exact obviously affords me the opportunity to wager at many different places and I would like to give my feedback on the various apps within Nevada and the offshore places I use. My preferences in order:
    Nevada Apps:
    1. Westgate Mobile-Limits are pretty solid. Wagers go right through without approval if they are within the parameters set by them. Comps are earned. Huge wagering menu. Very competitive prices.
    2. CG Sports (formerly Cantor Gaming)-Huge limits. No Comps.
    3. NV Sports (South Point/Cannery/Eastide Cannery-Decent Limits. No Comps. Will not limit or kick you out for winning.
    4. William Hill-Limits will vary. Will limit and give you the boot for winning. Extensive betting menu. Very easy to deposit.
    5. Aliante-Low limits. Comps/status are earned. Stand-alone book (numbers may obviously differ). Extensive soccer menu. .08 cent line baseball
    6. Sports Connection (Station Casinos)-Comps/status are earned. Deposits/withdrawals very easy due to many locations. Will give you the boot for winning. Decent limits 4k-NFL for example. 15 cent line baseball.
    7. B Connected Sports (Boyd/Coast)-Comps/status are earned. Very low limits. Very limited menu. Will not limit/kick you out for winning. 15 cent line baseball.
    8. Atlantis Sports (Reno)-Very low limits. Comps/status earned. Stand-alone book. Will be limited for winning but not kicked out. .08 cent baseball line.
    9. Peppermill (Reno)-Comps/status earned. Very quick to boot you for winning. Limited menu. Low limits.

-Treasure Island had a mobile app which was a good product due to the fact it was a stand alone book but also had pretty low limits. The owner did not like the action they were getting over the app and pulled the plug in December.

-Wynn is scheduled to come out on February 29th and will be running from the same engine as Aliante, Atlantis, Westgate, and the B Connected app.

I have used these off shore websites and these opinions are from my experiences:

    1. 5dimes-Great wagering menu. Various deposit/withdrawal methods. Customer service has always been very nice. Limits are good for me. Reduced juice is awesome.
    2. Heritage Sports-Buy/Sell option is a nice touch. Decent Limits. Wide wagering Menu. Reduced juice.
    3. Bookmaker-Huge limits.
    4. Bovada-Very quick to limit. Different lines on occasion. Clunky interface.

People will say why bother with offshore when you live in Las Vegas but you cannot get Reduced Juice, higher limits, and the depth wagering options off shore gives you.

    Nice report brp0954

People ask about Nevada apps regularly and I've never seen such a long list of them before. Will bookmark this thread for future.

    great report

    William Hill is garbage

Stations does not boot you as fast more tolerance

Treasure Island garbage book period..micro limits in person too

Westgate just follows Pinnacle moves on air more than any other book in Vegas

jjgold I couldn't agree with you more. William Hill claims they are a huge bookmaker until you win then you are showed the door. We were betting one day during the conference tournaments at TI and were told we could only wager $300 on a game because it was in the MAC conference .

On a side note none of the Vegas books are good for "daily" player props. Westgate I would say would be the best as far as betting NBA props but those only involve the big TNT/ESPN games throughout the week. During the playoffs Westgate and William Hill will have them on each individual game but throughout the season offshore is the way to go.

Offshore overall better than Vegas other than getting cash in and out fast and free

These lines makers are clowns in Vegas..they stare at line screens and move off pinnacle and bookmaker

William & Hill has the best live betting options and play there is. Majority of books make you wait per commercial break for live lines to open. All W&Hill live lines in play every second.

Yesterday was the last day for Aliante.

They are now part of Boyd/Coasts.

Great Report on Las Vegas - offshore, too - the bonuses offshore give them some value but eventually it is all about the numbers - where are you getting value?
