    they put down "pine rosin" to increase the grip in whatever groove sucks.... at bristol, they put it in the lower groove, which wasn't running as fast as the second groove...

    an effort to increase the quality of racing and avoid single file racing

    Kyle Petty use 2 say that you could dig up the infield, fill it with Water & Bass, hold a bass tournament and nobody would catch a thing.

    This year with 2 races left till chase, Darlington means a lot again, teams are making last ditch efforts & jockeying for positions. Doing it at Darlington will be interesting.

    Yeah, FOX is inconsistent. Seem to recall they did give passing points based on starting order on at least one occasion when actual qualifying was cancelled.
