    SBR Poker

Ok so as a pro I cant play in the public room? Wouldn't it make more sense that a pro can play anywhere they like? Why am i being penalized for being a pro?

    Hi Brick,

Good question. Non-Pro points have no value until membership is upgraded to Pro, whereas a Pro can redeem any item he/she pleases from the SBR Store, so if a non-pro could freely lose all their points to a Pro, SBR Store would basically be fulfilling orders with points that weren't part of the true economy. The public table is a way of letting first-timers and non-pros try out the software before graduating to the major leagues.

So I was gone for several years, I think when I quit posting that was about the time the pro thing was coming out, what is the deal with that, how would I become a pro and why would I care too? Thanks in advance

you can go pro for a $100 donation or 3000 bet points. As a pro your betpoints have value and can be redeemed for thing like pizza and segways.

    Hi unde0087,

As far as how and why to become a Pro, a sticky thread with full SBR Pro benefits is posted in the betpoints sub-forum. If you're in the US, to go Pro for the first time requires a $100 charitable donation to either the Make A Wish or Cure Angelman charities linked in the SBR Pro application form. International members can go Pro by Skrill, bitcoin, or using a sportsbook.

Have a look as well around the SBR Store items to see if there's anything you'd like to redeem, as it will take SBR Pro status to make the orders.

Good luck and send this account a PM if you have any questions.
