Lean Mets at the price. But just a lean for now.

In fact, at current markets, I'd have no plays at all right now. I would want no worse than -105 for my 5-inning total.

Thanks for your input LT and best of luck. I can't go against Greinke at home, going with Dodgers.

It's going to be a good one but the Mets look like the better choice here.

Mets. Similar to Game 1 vs. Kershaw, deGrom keeps game tied or maybe within one run until bullpens get involved.

Why should he be? He never is and he dominated Dodgers once already this series.

What could possibly tell you that he's going to get LIT UP tonight. His 2 starts vs LAD 14 2/3 IP 0 R 22 Ks?

Repeat performances like that are a lot more difficult than they seem. Especially when guys get to see him more. Dodgers have 57 total at bats against him including last game. Seager gonna take pom pom head deep!!

Still have to look at more things, but, looks like degrom while he had a great performance he was in some trouble almost every inning early in gm1. His strikeout rate was phenomenal and able to pitch around a couple of big swing and miss guys in key moments. One of those guys in particular, Joc pederson has been replaced by a more capable kiki hernandez. Certinaly dont expect to see carl crawford being dragged back out there either tonight. Line drive rate was rather high for degrom him along a ground ball/fly ball rate much lower. Lad went 1-8 w/ risp that game as well. Now doubt there is good reason why dodgers got no- hit twice in 10days by rhp with great sliders (Arrieta/Fiers) and degrom seems to fit that mold nicely. Bottom line though despite having great swing and miss stuff last time out degrom was in plenty of trouble early last game. If it were not for line drives being hit to infielders/outfielders different game. Also I think approach will be much different for dodger hitters who worked counts early and got on base but then got antsy and swung out of zone or hit line drives as above. Lot of young guys hadnt seen degrom before like seager and kiki whom i think might be able to have some success & now getting a second look in less than a week. So, we'll see if jake looks as good this time around but expect some regression from the last performance. Degrom one of my favorite pitchers but I think it's gonna be much harder to repeat that performance tonight. Grienke we all know can get hit early but tends to settle in as well.

Agree he was in trouble in that game but that was because Cuddyer misplayed 2 easy fly balls which cost deGrom about 25 pitches and a few extra base runners. Conforto will without a doubt he playing LF tonight and I expect DeGrom to throw another gem. The question is will the Mets score off Greinke? Bullpens may decide this one.

Strange that they had both plays so off market at time I bet them, now watch teams score 9 runs in first 5 innings.
