    He does move the lines. Its amazing. He put out louisville at -13 and I think it closed at 17.

    I used to be a customer of his but I call him 50% Bob now. Thats what he is. 50%. He's clearly lost his edge. All of the statistical stuff that he did 10 yrs ago is already baked into the line. And Bob doesnt know shit about football from an eyeball test, he just picks based on data. Some of the best cappers just have a sense ie a gut feeling about teams, games etc.

    He is very technical - I think he needs a fundamentalist to utilize that as well. It is not all math - that being said it is hard to put a number on motivation - need to win - weather, etc.
