50% bonus in free play with an 8x rollover or a 20% cash bonus with a 10x rollover?

    which one would you take?

At the minimum that's going to get you 37.5% cash, and you only have to deal with an eight-time rollover.

    Am I missing something?

i don't care about rollovers since i won't be cashing out for a month or two.

but i always get confused on why some books give their players choices like this.

but then again, if i get $1000 bonus, i have to roll that over till i have $8000 in action.

while if i get $400 bonus, i only have to roll that over till i have $4000 in action.

in that sense, rollovers do play a big part...

Most rollovers are based on the amount of the deposit.

So the number should be the same, I would think.

really? so if i deposit $2000 they want $18,000 or $20,000 in action before i can cash out?

    that might take a while...

    $16,000 or $20,000, but yeah.

I've had some huge rollovers, too. They go by faster than you think. Especially if you're not in a hurry to withdraw.

I try not to accept any bonus over 10X or what I can complete in a football season. I have turned down 200% and 150% bonuses because the rollover was 15X or 20X. Too much for too little

yeah didn't realize you have to rollover your initial deposit and not the bonus amount.

but if you have $500 to $1000 actions daily during the baseball season, that rollover wouldn't take that long though.

also the roll over is the amount you deposit + the bonus, not just the initial deposit.

That's how the majority of the sites do it in my experience.

Yep, that would be the correct rollover amount.

The free play has 3.125% true bonus value (worth approximately 50% of cash bonus, then divide by rollover). The cash has 2% true bonus value (divide cash by rollover).

SBR measures bonuses like this on the sportsbook bonus directory.

It's not considered a Cashier's Chk. It's totally different with $ Orders. It's applied to your account within 1 or 2 business days. Money is already cleared... so there shouldn't be any waiting period for a P.O.

I'm with you on the Cashier's Chk statement though... I don't understand the long waiting period either.
