St. Louis Cardinals Vs Kansas City Royals all Missouri World Series?

St. Louis Cardinals 1st in the National league 6 games ahead of 2nd place and the Kansas City Royals are 1st in the American league 6.5 games ahead of the 2nd place team

could you imagine if they ended up facing each other in the world series what a ratings bomb that would be? might be lowest of all time

If that were a company's profit chart, the CEO would be fired.

Well 1985 was Stl. vs. KC, while it is low, not out of range with some others.

That graph can be divided into 2 parts, pre-1994 and post-1994. That was the year they skipped the world series, damage was permanent.

What's funny is that profits are probably up despite lower viewership.

Cubs vs. anyone = highest ratings ever

Cubs vs. Yankees would break the internet

cardinals would easily win such a series. KC Royals are the safest bet (along with the Seahawks in the NFL) to not win a title in the next 12 months.
