At least Wisconsin is doing fine. Their pension system is paid off. Not like the blue states where they are tens of billions behind.

the people of wisconsin are likely to disagree with you:

Gov. Scott Walker’s approval rating of 41 percent is its lowest point in three years, according to the latest Marquette Law School Poll. The statewide poll also shows the public overwhelmingly opposes Walker’s proposed cuts to K-12 education and the University of Wisconsin System.
In a potential 2016 presidential matchup, Hillary Rodham Clinton, a Democrat, leads Walker 52 percent to 40 percent.
And in a hypothetical matchup for the U.S. Senate in 2016, former Sen. Russ Feingold, a Democrat, outpaces the man who defeated him in 2010, Republican Sen. Ron Johnson, 54 percent to 38 percent.
The poll is the first since Walker introduced his controversial 2015-17 budget proposal and emerged as a top-tier candidate for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination. Walker has not officially entered the race.
The 41 percent approval rating is a “significant drop” from Walker’s voter approval of 49 percent in October, prior to being re-elected to a second term, said Charles Franklin, the Marquette University political science professor who conducts the poll. The poll released Thursday found 56 percent of registered voters disapproved of Walker’s job performance compared to 41 percent in October.
Another dramatic change is the percentage of those polled who said Wisconsin is headed in the right direction — 43 percent in the recent poll compared to 51 percent in October.
The poll also showed widespread opposition to Walker’s proposal to cut $300 million from the UW System and $127 million from K-12 schools.
Of those polled, 78 percent oppose the school cuts, which Franklin called an “eye-catching level of opinion.” GOP lawmakers have already said they hope to restore the money.
And 70 percent oppose the proposed UW System cuts, the poll said. Lawmakers have also suggested possible restoration of a portion of the proposed cuts.
Franklin said in an email that Walker’s drop in approval rating results from concerns about the direction of the state, lagging job creation, and his budget proposal. He also said Walker’s increased travel out of state as he prepares a presidential bid has prevented him from defending his budget in Wisconsin — especially in the face of criticism from fellow Republicans who control the Legislature.
“So intra-party criticisms coupled with not a very active effort on his part to explain his budget and justify it, are other reasons to see him drop,” Franklin said.
He noted that much of the drop in approval rating comes from Republicans, those who lean GOP, and independents.
In a conference call with reporters from Spain, where he is wrapping up a weeklong European trade mission, Walker attributed the drop in his approval rating to the budget process. He said governors typically see lower approval numbers during budget deliberations.
Walker said there has been “little or no talk” about how the budget lowers property taxes and caps UW System undergraduate tuition. The budget lowers property taxes on an average Wisconsin home by $5 in each of the next two years.
“Those are all really positive things, and really nobody is talking about those things,” Walker said. “They’re only talking about things where there might be some level of disagreement.”
Walker said the state’s budget outlook should improve in May, when the Legislative Fiscal Bureau releases new revenue estimates. He said any additional anticipated revenues could be used first to reduce the state-aid cuts to K-12 public schools, and then “there’s some possibility that they can tweak some of the budget adjustments to the University of Wisconsin.”
“There will be new revenue; the question is just how much,” he said.
Overall, 38 percent of those polled said the state budget is in worse shape than it was a year ago, up from 27 percent in October.
The poll also found that 60 percent of those surveyed opposed Walker’s plan to make the Department of Natural Resources board advisory only, putting more control in the hands of the administration. The Republican leaders of the state budget committee announced this week they removed that proposal from the budget.
The poll surveyed 803 registered Wisconsin voters April 7-10 and has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.5 percentage points.
As he ramps up a likely presidential bid — Walker campaign aides announced the formation Thursday of a new super PAC to support such an effort — Walker has increasingly spent time out of state in Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina. His trade mission to Europe is his second this year, but it also allows him to burnish a weak spot on his resume, foreign policy. He plans a trip to Israel next month.
Franklin said it’s unclear how many polls he’ll conduct over the coming months as the Republican nomination contest gains steam.
Other findings from the poll include:
    • 66 percent of Republicans want Walker to run for president but only 34 percent of all of those surveyed want him to run.
    • 54 percent oppose, and 37 percent support, lifting the 1,000-student cap on private school vouchers statewide, as Walker has proposed.
    • 48 percent oppose Walker’s plan to kill funding for state tests linked to the Common Core State Standards in math and language arts.
    • 44 percent oppose making those on Senior Care drug coverage use Medicare Part D, while 30 percent support the idea. One quarter of those surveyed had no opinion.
    • 44 percent support the state’s new “right-to-work” law, while 50 percent oppose it.
Republicans made up 24 percent of the registered voter sample with Democrats at 30 percent and independents at 40 percent.

ya think? He won something like 3 elections in 4 years despite getting only 6% of the liberals votes in a blue state and despite union members pissing on his office door and threatening him.

No, he didn't cave. He stuck to his election promises. He did what the people elected him to do. The other guy wanted to kick the can down the road for someone else to deal with. Walker did what the people wanted him to do.

OK dude, you need to lay off the Fox Terror Network. Iran does not have a bomb, even if they did have one. The moment they shot it off, the US & Israel would wipe their country off the map. Iran knows it would be instant death to them. They want the 100 billion dollars that the US has froze with sanctions.

Hopefully Sanders can get the country back from the corporations & give it to the people. No guarantee, but nothing is.

A guy that does what he says he's going to do? A guy that got voted in and won a recall, and then got voted in yet again by the people who agreed with what he said he was going to do? Why on earth would the American people vote for a guy that tells you what he's going to do, and then goes out and does it?

this penetrating idiot quotes the national review (the same publication that called bernie a nazi).

walker is a complete penetrating fail. that's obvious to anyone who can read. since you can't read (apparently), i'll give you your standard source, a penetrating internet meme.
