    i work at a state hospital working with individuals who are intellectually disabled. They just sleep for the most part so the night can drag

    actually just bought one of those bob xl punching bags. its the full torso version. haven't gotten a chance to use it yet. i just bought a house and don't close until july 31st. so waiting until then to test it out. but maybe i'll post one when I get a few combos down
