    One of the many problems with touts, besides the fact that they are touts, is that, unless you understand the tout's process, if you lose the only answer you can give for what you may have done wrong is "I used a tout."

    Paying for plays, unless you know the capper and can speak to him daily, is that much more juice and should be reserved for the stupid and wealthy.
