    I am not 100% sure but my guess would be the Cosmopolitan. My app stays open 24 hours with them and takes bets all night

    The South Point book is open 24 hours....south of the strip but its not a bad book and can get pretty fun during games.

    cosmo has an online phone app bet but you need a player card and sportsbook account. Their sportsbook is not 24hrs.

    1. The SP is open 23/7, not 24/7

    2. Yes, all the apps can have bets placed, but many offers will be off the board, and many of the offers up will have very low limits.
