BigDay, cash is not the problem for me. It's my friends that I am meeting up with. Married 20 years, and have 7 fukkin kids with them. They are spending a week in Vegas with the kids, so have to budget. They are getting away from the kids Friday night though to have dinner with me.

The Wagyu filet at Stripsteak in Mandalay is amazing. Expensive and you'll pay a premium over their regular steak but not 5 times more like a Kobe filet.

I would definitely go there again and it has a nice old school vibe to it.

Ted, I just looked it up. Doesn't look bad at all. I might just go there for breakfast when I am hungover.

Thanks for all the recommendations, ladies.

One more question, if this NBA Finals goes to game 7, it will be played the same day I arrive in Vegas (June 19th).

Wheres the best place to watch it?

Look motherfukker....we ain't got time to deal in this hypothetical bullshit. If this series goes to 7, then let's revisit this at that time.

There is a tilted kilt 2 minutes from my building.

I can see it out my bedroom window.

The bartenders know me by name.

We have Denny's in Canada. I have been a few times.

Went to the one on the Strip right outside the Venetian once.

Different world. Reminds me that Canada and the US are very different places despite the inordinate number of similarities.

Not a single person Over 400lbs

I felt like I and the people I was in Vegas with were only people in the entire place under 350

How does a city like Vegas, with so many nice restaurants, interesting diners and reasonably priced Oysters, have a Denny's where there is a 35 minute wait for table.

Years ago, my father once told me that the Denny's menu has pictures in it so that illiterate people can eat there.

In reflection, that is not only wrong but also possibly racist.

    Thanks Dad.

Yeah whenever a new chain opens up in Canada people go nuts for it for like 6 months and then the hype dies down.

When Crispy Creme first opened here people were literally shooting one another for donuts. Same thing with 5-Guys.

I expect In-And-Out to be even worse when it inevitably makes the trip North of the 49th.

Damn Mo, I feel bad for you son.

Arby's is probably the one fast food place that I won't go to no matter how hungry I am. They do not have one damn thing on their menu that tastes good.
