    SBR pro status - this isn't right is it?

    On poker tables today someone asked how to tell when Pro Status expires. I couldn't find it so did live help and this is what they said - this isn't right is it??

    how do I tell when my pro status runs out?

    your pro status expires after a year. you have to renew it.

    you can't take that back

    he was already told that it never expires and made other plans for the $ and points he would have used to renew
