He out wrestles anthony johnson and wins a lackluster ud victory.
Anthony johnson is powerful but I think this is the Era of wrestling, and dc wants that rematch vs. Jones. It's all perfectly set up for a rematch.
Anthony johnson is a powerful striker but is at times wreckless. I think jones would have beat him and I think cormier does as well.

A lackluster UD victory? OK, well I'm curious to see what rounds 4 and 5 are going to look like then. Because DC's tank is going to be on E. His cardio is nowhere near what Johnson's is. So for DC to win a decision, he is either going to have to dominate rounds 1-3 and avoid getting stopped late, or hope Johnson is just as gassed in the late rounds and I'm not sure I see either of those things happening.
Rumble is fighting good at LHW, When he was fighting at WW, he had to cut enormous amount of weight, which he didn't fare nearly as well as he is now. Expecting a good fight but Rumble taking it.
DC will never win a UFC title belt at 205 mark these words.. He spends more time eating and in the UFC studio talking about other fighters then in the gym himself training up in recent years.. He's always relied on his natural talent and now at age 36 those checks aren't cashing anymore... The UFC champs of the past stuck to training and aren't UFC commentators most of the time simply said.. Runners up like Chael Sonnen tried that and was out of MMA shortly after... Bisbing got next....
DC hasn't wrestled competitively in decades and Rumble will out quick and out work him just like JJ did.. Younger, faster, and riding a winning high is Rumble Johnson right now.. Scary dude to face... Focused and dedicated in his MMA career and I expect Rumble to represent big time once again in this huge fight with DC.. DC got soft IMO and it showed in his last fight against JJ...
DC will gas out first in this fight if it lasts are my thoughts... I fear for DC's safety and health going into this one...
