    Haven't had my 1st drink yet LB getting ready to Yeah I know Terry was big that year for Dally and so we're several others. Hes always been a real good player never elite , or a guy leading a team. Just a good player and now he's old and certainly no match at all for Curry.

    Just pointing out the irony of this season. This late in most years were talking about guys with hardware like Bron, Wade, Duncan, Parker, Ginobili, Kobe, Garnett , etc etc. Proven great elite stars and leaders this year it's Bron......and scraping bottom of barrel for guys like Ariza , Brewer.

    Yep the Warriors hype is way overblown. Houston gets no respect and I don't understand why. The Rockets too would have won 60+ games with no injuries. The Warriors didn't play anything close to the current Rockets team I'm the regular season. Howard played twice and was healthy in none of the games.

    Houston defends the 3 better than any team in the league. Houston can score in more ways than GS and have the ability to defend GS against their strengths. With Houston's defense it's all about effort. I think they finally figured that out starting in Game 5 against LA.

    I said Rockets in 6 before the playoffs and I'm not changing that.

    Basically comes down to 1st two games boys. Gsw is so damn hard to beat at home. If Rocks go down 0-2 we don't have a series. Don't see Warriors buckling like Dippers it won't happen. Rocks must win 1 in Oakland and sweep at hone to have a somewhat decent shot and IF they win 2 in Oak they wanna have a good chance. Tall order there either scenario.     Rockets looked very good last night.

    If they tighten up on the defensive end they may not have lost that game. If they had managed to not fall asleep for the last 7 minutes of second half, they would have been in a very good position to win.

    LOL. You do realize that Houston win's that game if Dwight doesn't go down? There were at least 2-3 GS WIDE OPEN layups in the 4th because the Rockets had no center and guys got lost on defense. If Dwight's in there Houston ML hits, IMO. Klay Thompson was completely helpless against Harden. Harden ALWAYS gets his against GS and I expect him to go off in Game 2 with no Dwight. Whether Capela can bring enough to give Houston a shot to steal Game 2 is another story.

    I didn't bet the series before Game 1, but took Houston +10.5 and already fired on the same line for tomorrow. I would however fire on the series price now, although not for big money since Dwight's status is unclear. If they lose Game 2 I'd fire a little bit more on it, because if Dwight is back healthy for Game 3 then surely Houston wins this series more than once out of 13 or 14 times, or whatever the price will be at that point.

    The object is to try to make money and sometimes it seems that beating one's own chest and declaring greatness is more important to some posters rather than winning money. Houston lost by 4 last nite and will most likely lose by more than that tomorrow becasue GS did not hold home court in the Memphis series and they will be beaten over the head nonstop by the coaches right up until gametime.

    Houston does have a chance ( slim maybe but assuming they are healthy ) to win games 3 and 4 in Houston.
    Harden will probably need 40+ in at least one of the home games and they do have carryover confidence from their awesome Clippers comeback to energize the whole team.
    I think it is their ONLY way they have any chance in the series be it 13:1 or whatever ( +1150 at 5Dimes right now, 10:1 at Pinny)
    They cannot fall down 3-1 in this series. But for those who like longshots, they will be about 20:1 dogs if they are down 2-0 in the series

    I mean at 20/1 it's pretty much an absolute steal if they do go down 2-0 because if Dwight comes back they will win the home games and have a shot to steal Game 5. Houston is the better PLAYOFF squad when fully healthy. I'll argue that from the rooftops. GS=Steve Nash Suns of the mid-2000s. I give them little chance against a healthy Kyrie and Lebron if that were to be the finals.

    Well Jason, since we're talking about the improbable, if they were to advance to the Finals (depending on cap space and contracts- way
    out of my league to discuss) maybe they use that as momentum moving forward and pick up another piece or 2.
    Coming back from 3-1 already gives them a spot in NBA playoff history( I think it has only been done like 10 times in modern NBA)
    and confidence. Fact is Golden State's home record is insane ( like 38-3 before playoffs ??) Don't be shocked if we see something like game 4 of the Clippers series. It looked like Houston mailed it in. Looking back, they figured : we go home down 1-3 forget about the score, regroup and play. Now CP, Blake et. all are watching in TV.
