Don't forget your Clipshow series tix.

I stuck my schnoz out in game 1 and took them deep..
stayed away game 2, 3, then a small live in gm 4...

Now it's back where it started.. the Staples Center
where it belongs... where they drew first blood on the Spurs..
Spurs thought they had answers.. but this Clipshow team as
flat out beat them at their game.. Clips have been adjusting too
plainly shown last game.. Doc Rivers is just as much a playoff
coach as old Pop and dino-ball.. talent and loose swagger is
carrying this Clipper team.. they believe in themselves..
they BELIEVE and have home court advantage.. 2/3 games
that remain.. so if it goes 1-1-1 guess who wins in 7 at home ?
    Clipshow.
Odds of +125 are a good bet if you think they take this game
    - a better bet than -2 (-110).. so who's with the CLIPS ?

Spurs are running on fumes and reputation only.

while the Clippers can certainly beat the Spurs, i have to strongly disagree that this would be passing the torch.

this Clipper team is just too flawed and too thin to make it past the 1st round. and the Rockets would be a bad matchup. yes, Paul would shred the Rockets because they have no one (outside of Beverley) who can defend the PG position.

however, Griffin wouldn't be able to simply barrel into Jones/Smith like he can do against the Spurs, and Jordan wouldn't be dunking on Howard. Rockets have better size and quicker feet at those positions than the Spurs do. of course the Rockets are also deeper and would have homecourt.

definitely would be a nice series win over the Spurs if it happens, but the odds would still be quite stacked against the Clippers to make any further noise.

If the Spurs were going to win this series they would have taken Game 4.
Concerning Houston, they are only playing Dallas, so we can't read into that much.
Of course it's a tough call - but I do believe the Slippers have a better chance of
beating Golden State than Houston does. I only put 15 to win 100 on that so far.
