Waiting On A $3500 Bitcoin Withdrawal Through Betonline, Anyone Else Have Issues?

Edit by SBR: BetOnline was able to identify that the bitcoin payout requested April 6 was credited the same day, April 6. It sounds like the player might have been confused with a different bitcoin transaction from another betting site.

I have been waiting on a $3500USD Bitcoin withdrawal through Betonline. It was requested on April 6th, and processed on April 10th. I been waiting and waiting however I never received it. I have been reaching out to Betonline support every single day. One customer service rep "Luke Turner", told me it was sent on April 15th which was impossible. I sent Betonline my direct links from my wallet coinbase, and even had coinbase personally send information over to confirm that nothing has been received. I was then told by another customer service rep that the 1.56 BTC transaction on my coinbase wallet was from them. I laughed because 1.56 BTC is not even $300 USD, and that transaction was sent from my friend. For a week straight, all they keep saying is wait 24 hours for an answer, wait 24 hours for an answer. NOW they are saying they are waiting on the payout manager to look at their transactions because they are the only ones who have the records. If they are the only ones who have the records, then why am I getting the run around with fake payout dates. It just smells fishy. Has anyone else on here have issues with Bitcoin Withdrawals at all? This is the last time I do this method lol.

Moderator That Is My Next Step

My next step is to submit a claim. I am giving them no more than 24-48 hours to provide more insight into this situation, and if they fail to do so, I will proceed to filing a claim. Betonline has been very good to me over the years, but this is just unacceptable.

No offense, but why wait to file the claim? 9/10 SBR gets this resolved much quicker than you can.

Reason being I have had a good relationship with betonline. I have cashed out well over $6000 with them in over 2 months and they generally have been very good. Personally, because of this I felt it was fair to give them the opportunity to resolve the issue. With this being said, it has reached the time for me to step away from going through them to solve this.

There's no reason for a book to ever see your bitcoin wallet. It's the same as a book saying, "we sent you a check, let me see your bank account."

If a book sends you payment by bitcoin and you don't receive it, they should have to show you the transaction. It will be on the blockchain. The other thing is that you don't ever want to get Coinbase involved in anything, It's none of their business.

Bitcoin transactions are very simple when a book does it right.

im guessing you made sure there were no typos in the BTC address you sent it to. so with that checked off i would be a little concerned that it might be on Coinbase side, especially if you have had successful withdraws from Betonline before. Coinbase wants nothing to do with this type of activity. one of the best parts of BTC for businesses is also one of the worst parts for consumers, there is no way to retrieve coins once they are sent out. there is no reason a BTC transaction should take this long so if Betonline has sent out the withdraw and for whatever reason its not in your wallet by now, i don think it will ever get there.

For future reference you should send to BC then send it over to coinbase, I know it has nothing to do with that now as it seems the book is f'ing you.

Is it possible that because he's sending directly to Coinbase that they blocked the transaction, or does coinbase not block it and they just put a hold on it because "suspicious activity" Not sure how that goes. But if Coinbase did block the transaction and it was sent back to betonline, could betonline be trying to fukk him by saying "we sent it out, we can't retrieve it" and just show him the transaction?

Let me say that I have requested Betonline to have their processor send me the blockchain transaction where they sent the payment out. Also in regards to Coinbase, I didn't have them contact Betonline directly. I simply had them send a verified email that my transaction log is not altered. Anyways, once I asked for Betonline to send me the blockchain they have not provided one, and have just tried to supply me with alleged "dates" that it was sent on. With this all being said, if they cannot provide me with information in a few hours I am proceeding to file a claim. And yes, my Bitcoin wallet address is correct, I have actually used it a few times no problem on that site which is why its concerning this isn't working.

why on earth did you request a withdrawal directly to coinbase? just asking for trouble. sorry to say. also dont be surprised if betonline claims you sent them a bad BTC address if they do then make them give you the address then double check it at blockchain. betonline is screwing people with their bitcoin banking other than this bullshhit

Betonline made several mistakes on the transaction log when providing me information. The site crashed on April 6th sometime at night, and the withdrawal was sent during that time. The system didn't show my payout was processed until April 10th, and two representatives told me it was paid on April 15th, and April 16th, which was obviously not the case. Long story short, I had to revert back a week before the expected payout date, and was able to find this payout in the blockchain. This case has been resolved and hopefully will help Betonline in the future keep better track of payouts especially if the site goes down. Thanks ya'll.

i guess but nothing he says makes sense. you dont mix up book payouts of 3500 thinking you never got anything in the first place ? ? ? maybe im wrong but from sbrs response thats the way i read it. sbr says it was paid out, he said it wasnt, now he says "he is happy". cool.

CWD to answer your questions, I've received over $20,000 in transactions in the first 2 weeks of April. Some from Bookmaker, some from previous Betonline transactions, and many from a Bitcoin site I play on as well. I also have my own Bitcoin business on top of all this. Coinbase doesn't tell you who pays you, it just shows up as transactions that were received and or sent, which is why going by the sportsbook updates is vital on keeping track sometimes on what is paid and what isn't. I requested a payout on the 6th, and it didn't say processed until the 10th. I didn't bother to randomly check what was received on April 6th, hence the delay on Betonlines side since it was actually processed the 6th not the 10th. I would also like to add that it took 12 days for them to even figure out they paid me as well, and mistakes happen. I will surely learn to stay on top of it myself from now on and not solely rely on a sportsbook update as there can be delays, malfunctions, or crashes. In regards to why SBR responded, this is most likely because I received a response from Betonline early in the morning with screen shots and the blockchain. I am sure Betonline notified SBR that it was resolved since having anything negative against their site could obviously be detrimental to succeeding on all aspects. I noticed that Betonline provided an update to SBR through this post, which is why you seen my updated post a few hours after. Regardless of this whole situation, everything is fine, and it was merely just a delay in the system for updating when the payout was actually processed. Thank you SBR as well for offering alternative methods to solve the situation.

u r a clown if you got a 3500$ payment in and you overlooked it, unless you got so many tranactions coming in for that exact amount regardless if they dont tell you who its from.
