    Now there are stories coming out about dozens of complaints against the towing company for their "overaggressive" practices, and how they only take cash.     I thought she handled it as well as u can when u get your car towed. I have had mine towed 15 minutes before my time was up. She could have handled it like me and said "hey im sorry for your inconvenience. Next time i will be there 45 minutes before my time is up. Thanks for taking and looking out for my car and god bless".
