    pretty sure being caught stealing all sorts of supplies and selling them on ebay, buying lame sex vids from co-workers, and generally giving everyone in the office -- male and female -- a "creepy" feeling isn't going to form the basis of a strong wrongful discharge lawsuit, nor any "constructive dismissal"

    obviously his background check fell thru the cracks. just a matter of time before he gets picked off by upper management. he'll look like a total dikk when the rent a crop has to escort him off the property and strip him of his badge
