Rajon Rondo Is A "Mortal Lock" To Be A Laker

According to ESPN's Max Kellerman. Talks like there is no doubt about it.

    http://www.lakersnation.com/lakers-r...es/2015/04/03/

Investing money in this guy would make things go from bad to worst. One the downside of his career, and we see how great he gets along with head coaches recently.

You seem like an old timer, and I'd hate to see you make the same mistake for the remainder of your time here on earth.

never liked his game because he can't shoot the jumper and dominates the ball too much.
Lakers should look for a better point guard. I should be the general manager.
    Step1 sign Kevin Love

At 23, in the 09 playoffs he averaged 17/10/10 or thereabouts. Caused havoc on D.

It has been a steady decline in performance and attitude from that season forward.

As a Celtic fan it would give me great pleasure to see the Lakers pick up this nimrod for the max.

10 years in the league and shoots under 40% from the line.

Clarkson will be the man. Lakers will not sign rondo. They are going to get okafor. Randle will be back. Lakers will end up with aldridge.

Much more value in going after Dragic...but Rondo obviously wants to be in LA and no way he is staying with Dallas after butting heads with Carlisle.

With Kobe still running things, Rondo is most definitely a lock to sign there.

The first thing the Lakers need to do is release Kobe Bryant he is finished and you cannot base a team around him

Kellerman is a fool but given Kobe's known preference for Rondo, it may very well happen. Kobe has always been attracted to players who pass and refuse to shoot...having Rondo on the team will allow Kobe to continue his foolishness next year and the year after when he resigns...do not be fooled..Jellybean has no intention of retiring....

Rondo is the exact kind of player you want on your team if you are going after the scoring record...which is precisely what Kobe is trying to do. Clarkson should suffice but he is playing well and needs the ball in his hands...once Kobe returns, Clarkson will never see the ball...they might as well trade him....lol........I for one hope it happens..Watching Byron Scott try and control two of the most selfish knuckleheads in basketball will be must see TV.....make it happen Mitch!!

Kobe wouldn't like Rondo on the team, Rondo wants the ball to distribute, but at his pace while he's directing. Kobe turns all players into spot up jump shooters and Rondo is the last person that fits that role, haven't read article but I'll say it now Rondo ain't going there.

Lakers will be a big threat next year if they can sign one max veteran FA and grab another good piece in the draft. They really need some quality veterans on that team. Dump boozer wes johnson and nick young and lin. Xavier Henry I would definitely keep. Clarkston Bryant a lock down SF perimeter defender, a MAX pf or c player - Mark gasol? and they'll make playoffs easily.

LOL....not a chance..An interesting possibility...but a pipe dream nonetheless...No Max Veteran Free Agent will sign with the Lakers as long as Jellybean is in the mix. It has to be a young player who grew up watching Kobe and has no idea what he is in for...the word is out on Bryant..no veteran will tolerate that clown for an entire season..not after what he did to Gasol and Howard. Pau has been complaining to his brother for years on what its like to play for the sociopath that is Kobe Bryant...no way in hell Gasol is coming there...LOL...he is lifelong native of Memphis..

Memphis bailed the Lakers out back in 07 when they traded Pau for a bag of skittles and a box of peanuts...the fans almost burned down the arena...it won't happen again....
