Youwager.eu sent me out a canadian cxxxx, when I specifically asked them to send money oxxxxx. They put notes on my account for the past 2 years to send MONEY OXXXXXX ONLY, and we've had no issues, thus far. Last week, accounting accidentally sent me a cxxxx, and I had to waste $82 of my own money to ship it back via fedex next day air (even though youwager told me they wouldn't reimburse my fees). They offered to pay only $35 for shipping fees. I didn't care, as I wanted to rush this.
The major issue was they told me the very first moment they received the package, they would reimburse the funds back into my account. They received the package two days later (friday 20th March) and then said they have to wait for their 3rd party bank to confirm the stop check, and they will reimburse me. The problem was, they never knew WHEN they were going to confirm it.
Kind of scary as a gambler, to hear this kind of talk. I spoke to several managers, and no one had an answer, and just told me to "just wait".
I spoke with "sam9ball" from SBRFORUM, filed a complaint, and before you know it, got ALL my funds back, with my original fees, and extra $35 AND freeplay.
I don't know what SBR did, but they did it...
As a gambler, we are so lucky to have a "middle man" like SBR to assure us of that peace of mind with sportsbooks based in farms in 3rd world countries.
