So it's Jimmy Graham IN and Max Unger OUT. SEA O-Line took a slight hit with Unger leaving, but the receiving core just got better.

This is an odd fit for Seattle. They gave up a lot. Will end up being a bad trade

No I don't think so the draft is super heavy in #1 rated oline men we will be ok with our next man up policy and philosophy. Getting 2nd best Tightend in a weak wr core with a awesome running game and a QB who pulls rabbits out of his hat and can run 15-21 yrds per play........priceless

I'm a little nervous... Max Unger was a beast on the O-line.... I think statically they were .500 team without Unger and a .800 with him :/ I guess we shall see

Brees will have more time to throw now, guarenteed

Brees is junk, good trade for Saints who also get a future #1.

Graham has also dropped off quite a bit and gets hurt often.

Not a landslide deal by any stretch of the imagination.

Interesting trade. Guessing Seattle will go Oline heavy in the draft since they need to now replace Carpenter and Unger. Seattle struck out with Harvin, hopefully this brings them what they wanted.

They more than struck out with Harvin, they lost several top draft picks in that disaster. I love seeing the Hawks be successful, but trades like this are extremely risky and Graham's health is a bit shaky.

    Huh????

Graham is a top 3 TE

We have shit for receiver threats this is a HR. And he's not injury prone any player can get hurt and Wilson is a smart QB he never places a ball where his guy gets hurt

    I love it

Oline is heavy in draft and we're not done yet

See a oline pick up today as well

    Maybe

I think it's a good trade for both. Saints had horrible cap situation, arguably worst in the league. They get to free up a ton of money, get a first round pick, and they get an anchor for their line. Obviously good for Seattle, they finally have someone Wilson can throw to. Only thing that would worry me about Graham is his injury history.

Seattle now has a receiving threat that will make a defense decide to spy or cover Wilson or double-team Jimmy Graham this is huge for The hawks we will address the o lline through free agency and the draft which is heavy offense offensive linemen this year but to give Wilson a wide receiver that average is 100 catches a here is priceless

Unger is a good player, but SEA was fine without him. 4-2 with him and 8-2 without him in 2014.

I agree, it sounds like a great trade for Seattle but don't think it will work out as well as it sounds

Seahawks needed to bolster their receiving game. Not sure why the saints didnt try to just get multiple picks though.

Jimmy's numbers going to take a huge dive. He'll make plays, but most likely be a decoy.

Apples and oranges, one is an extremely tough and physical tight end who plays hurt, the other is soft diva wide receiver.

Seahawks will probably be 5 to 1

or 4.5 to 1 to win the super bowl now.

in the past 2 seasons both number #1 seeds have reached the super bowl.

    will this trend continue?

Seahawks just added 1,000 new seats so that stadium will probably be even louder next season.

they may draft WR Devin Smith

guy runs a 4.2 and catches everything.

Him and "Angry" would a sick WR combo to go along with Jimmy Graham.

    not a sorry division.

but yes i agree they are almost a lock to be in 1st place again.

Rams and Cardinals will be tough.

49ers are going to suck though.

Don't like this trade. Seattle already had a good TE.

Jimmy Graham can't stay healthy and had the most dropped catches of any TE last year. Guy is a quitter.

Here's the problem, O line is based on chemistry, so you just can't plug guys in. Second, Graham benefitted by prolific offense under Bree's and Payton play calling. Now goes more to a run and pound offense and Wilson is no Bree's. So big question marks.
What's the deal with their salary cap as I know they have cap problems. interesting in today's NFL because of the cap teams rarely go back to back Super Bowls. Amazing Seattle got their last year. So highly doubt they get back there this year. Look how long it took NE to get back to Super Bowl and finally win again, although FUKING lucky LOL. Plus Cards and Rams look to be pretty tough competition in the division.
