Per the Elias Sports Bureau:
The stars were shining bright in Oklahoma City during the Pelicans win over the Thunder on Friday night. New Orleans was led by Tyreke Evans' triple double and a 41-point/10-rebound performance by Anthony Davis; while Russell Westbrook recorded 48 points and 11 assists for the losers.
It was only the fifth non-overtime game in NBA history that featured a player with a triple double and two other players with a double-double with 40 points. The other four instances (with the player recording the triple double listed first): Lakers vs. 76ers on November 9, 1960 (Tom Gola, Elgin Baylor and Wilt Chamberlain); Lakers vs. Hawks on March 3, 1962 (Lenny Wilkens, Rudy LaRusso and Cliff Hagan); Celtics vs. Rockets on February 25, 1970 (John Havlicek, Don Nelson and Elvin Hayes); Suns vs. Trail Blazers on December 16, 1988 (Terry Porter, Clyde Drexler and Armen Gilliam).
