Is better to bet NBA line very early, like before 12PM ET.

So far I've been lucky two games, winning the under at 193 in the bucks game and over 197 in the Houston game. Both covered by a point. Normally I put my bets in an hour or two before game time, but didn't have time today so I did it at lunch break.

There is no magical time frosty. In theory betting the opening numbers as quickly as possible can give a novice a fighting chance. Anticipating where the market will go and snatching the best number is quite a skill to have.

Well everyone wants to beat the closer regardless of bet timing. Betting openers will "generally" not always have more value then betting the line after the market has settled 30 minutes prior to tip. Basically much harder to beat the closer later rather than early for a novice bettor.

Only problem with betting early is you tie up your bankroll for a long time.

Only if it's football, basketball is just hours away before you win or lose.
