    Besides being home, Illinois does not turn the ball over ranking ninth in the country in offensive turnover percentage at 15.2 percent vs. national average of 19.9 percent, and Maryland does not apply pressure defensively ranking 294th in defensive turnover percentage (17.4).     Not worried about Illinois missing their best scorer tonight? 17 points and 7 rebounds is giving up a lot. Maryland hasn't been shooting all that well their last two games and have still pulled out two good wins

    Appreciate the response.....and I know your a #'s guy.......But I Believe maryland plays good SOLID D...they create tough shots but dont always turn it over...like when minny went 3-22 from 3...M State 5-22..Iowa St 6-27.....bad even blind but that effort on D creates those poor shoting #'s IMO...and as far as offense, i think Maryland will have no problems scoring 70 points.....I also dont know where the point are going to come from on Illy's side w Rice out...too many players are not used to shooting...Anyhoooo GL with EVERYTHING else LT.... ...(usually when I feel this strongly about an early season game a new star emerges off the bench LOL...)

    He will be missed but they have several other guys hitting over 40 from three and over 80 percent from the foul line and I think Rice leads the team in turnovers too.

    Agreed on tough home court but 10.5 still a lot. As long as Buffaloes don't get blown out early, Utes' Achilles Heel (free throws) could prevent them from padding lead.

    tough for me to tail these picks..other end of most of these plays. Frank Martin is finally gotten the Gamecocks turning a corner this year. Putting down Iowa State on their own turf made me a believer. For Florida to go into SC and win, wow..can't see that happening but anything is possible. Still Florida hasn't beaten anyone this year and the have had plenty of chances.
    Illinois, they do have the home court but Maryland has proven they can play tough on the road and have knocked out some good teams. Illinois only quality win was against baylor but that was also early season. I look at what they are doing now and I dont see it.
    No play on the others..Who knows..I am probably off base and you are right on the money. I would wish you good luck that that would sink me if you did
