Better start using money management. And if losing focus on one sport. Study ur azz off on that ur win ratio will improve. Id.bet 1-3% of my bankroll depending on strenghth of play. I think 5% is to high. Bad streaks do occur. So the difference can be 20-30% of ur bankroll on a losing streak. Of course same holds true on a winning streak. But if ur clean and hot on ur piks thats when u raise ur wager. And try to decrease them when cold.

#9 is definitely to keep in mind.
The spread on the ATS and ML at home will give a disadvantage to gamblers.
That's why I like to tease home teams than away teams for the spread and home advantage.

I mean here u are rolled with 5000. Bux. So proly ur stop loss is 10 to 20 bets to win 50. So ur loss is 500 to 1000 bux. At that.point id drop my wager to .05%. Ie to win 25. And study my azz , off on one sport. Once i see the wins coming back. Id now be betting to win 40 to 45 dollars as ur roll is 4 k to 4.5k cuz you stopped ur losses.

Gambling is an addiction. I would quit if I could. It wouldn't be so bad if I could actually win a little and make a profit once in a while. I probably get about 40% of my bets correct. That explains why I have to continuously reload without ever requesting withdrawals. I just lose too much. It's just too addicting. It's especially hard when you lose games where a team blows a 35 point lead in the 4th quarter and wins by one or a coach doesn't kick a FG on 4th and 5 that would've won you the game. The frustrating losses is what kills you the most!

Ok, here is the thing....

Some people can learn money management and others will never be able to.

Take poker. I have played since the mid-80's. Live, I have never had ONE issue with BR management. Yet....in the online games I could never do it. I always believed I could beat the game and I would increase levels too quickly and, boom, bust again. Too easy to tilt online.

Yet somehow, even though I am an admitted degen, I rarely if ever chase in sports betting.

If if you haven't been able to learn BR management....then sports wagering online is not for you. You may as well spend the $ on nose candy and whores.....at least you will get a thrill out of those things....sometimes.

Give up gambling. It's hard but not worth ruining your life. I was betting $300 back when I was 15 and got buried over two weeks. Luckily, I got bailed out. All sorts of crazy shit go through your head in that state. I look back and cringe at my thoughts. It just isn't worth it. The rush gamblers have gambling is because they're degenerates. If you get a rush from gambling youre betting outside your means. Walk away at least until you're older and can take gambling for what it's worth (recreational).

You should try cocaine to control your betting.
Every time you think you want to place a bet on something do a giant line of blow, then log on to your sports book (just to read the lines). If you get the urge to bet, just do another line. Sometimes whiskey can be used in addition to the blow (that really will help a lot).

I lost a fair bit losing focus on one Sport,branching out into to many different Sports is a bad move.

I foolishly tried betting on Tennis for awhile.
