    Rex cannot develop offensive talent but if the Jets somehow got him a solid vet QB they would have been really good

    Has his faults but did a decent job there overall...a few nice playoff runs and some bad seasons mixed in....overall his GM Idzik let him down big time

    Would like to see him take over the Falcons...He has a big TV contract offer and will go that route if no one offers him a HC job....Will not be a D Coordinator unless someone offers him huge money

    Inherited from Mangini?? The Jets added a ton of new players 2009-2010 when they had 2 good playoff runs....Mangini did nothing with the same team if that's the route you wanna go....He didn't blow up anything, Idzik did though

    MANGINI was very involved in the selection of most of the players when Rex inherited the team(he was involved with the draft picks), he was a very good talent evaluator... Then Rex got involved in the draft and started picking defensive players with Mr. T
