    Star driven league and the the main faces get rings in nba plain and simple. Nobody has ever done it on their own not Russell, Magic, Bird, Jordan, Duncan, LeBron or whoever you wanna come up with.     Yeah Jordan was a prick and we've heard the same about Magic and Bird two of my all-time faves. People who are that great and driven can be viewed as hard to work with at times just the nature. Mainly because their own demands and expectations of others can not gel with some. Kobe character has really taken a hit though in recent years throwing greats like Shaq and Phil under the bus along with countless others, demanding a trade, rape allegation etc. Just another superstar diva!
