You're an idiot if your not taking the Cardinals +185 tonight

must win game for the cards with games against niners and seahawks and their +185? Hammer the Cardinals tonight they win an ugly one here line is at least 40-50 cents off.

this is pretty much what I was thinking too..

I just can't trust the rams laying over a field goal. If they do happen to pull if off, it'll be by 3 or less. I'm taking Arizona ML and +4.5 for insurance..

    what's the status of Ellington?

so you say if the Rams manage to pull it off it will be by less than 3 points and you don't even know the status of Cardinal's RB? pro

    Ellington is on IR.

    THIS IS SARCASM
Stanton will have a great night when STL defense has no fear of the running game.

don't trust Stanton.... cards cant run the ball ... took the under two defenses playing well with that said they'll score 60 tonight... that 185 is tempting though not going to lie.

how does that make sense? with no run game how does that help a Stanton that hurts him imo.

Rams -4.5 is one of my favorite bets of the week. Do not be surprised if Cardinals miss playoffs entirely after 9-1 start.

I meant without him anyway.. his status doesn't effect my decision.. just like it didn't last week when I said they would win. I don't think it really matters in this case. Defensive players out scare me more than Ellington.

Williams ran the ball pretty well against KC. So, the Rams will still have to respect the run.

i think they can stay within the spread now that it's been pushed upwards, but relying on stanton to win a road game is almost akin to just throwing your money in a trash can. The only reason why the cards may have somewhat of a chance is because their defense, despite the injuries, can play ball.

But the rams are clicking offensively/defensively right now and I really don't see a cardinals win here.

Huh? Ellington is out for the season, he is on IR. Wasn't he placed there like two weeks ago? This is old news.

I just see Rams' defensive line overpowering weak Arizona offensive line, Rams seem like obvious call to me.

Last Place Rams the NFL Pick over First Place Cardinals

    Thursday, December 11, 2014 1:10 PM ET
Each day LT Profits Sports seeks an overlay side that has a better chance of cashing than its spread, offering long term value. Here is their Side Value Play for Thursday.

In a case where the standings do not paint an accurate picture, the home standing last-place team gets our call on Thursday Night Football over the first place team in the NFC West when the division leading Arizona Cardinals (10-3, 3-3 away) pay a visit to those cellar dwelling but streaking St. Louis Rams (6-7, 3-3 home) at the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis, MO at 8:25 ET in a game televised nationally on NFL Network.

The point spread at Pinnacle Sports has St. Louis as a home favorite for this contest with the current line at -4½ with odds of -101.

Trying to Hold onto Division Lead
After a 9-1 start that some felt made the Cardinals the team to beat in the NFC, they lost back-to-back games on the road at Seattle and Atlanta before regrouping to edge the Kansas City Chiefs 17-14 back at home last week. However, the complexion of the NFC West has changed as at 10-3, the Cardinals only lead the hard-charging defending champion Seahawks by one game with Seattle seemingly beginning to peak.

Then there is the case of the Rams, who would be legitimate playoff contenders if they played in any other division but are bringing up the rear in the West at 6-7 despite resembling the best NFL picks in the entire league in recent weeks. In fact, the Rams are on a 4-0 ATS run that has included back-to-back shutouts the past two weeks while outscoring those opponents by a combined 76-0!

Thinking, like everyone else, we see a low scoring game here and the two defenses will be the main stage. Love the 10.5 in what is sure to be a slug fest. Stanton at least throwing the ball to Fitz, 9 targets last week, he has the ability to beat a very average STL secondary. Fisher is dangerous with nothing to lose, but has also been a terrible favorite ATS the spread. Cards no doubt have a ton to play for in this one and I am a big believer in Arians.

Good luck with the play, hope we see a 20-13 game here so we both hit

Books are opening themselves up to a huge middling opportunity, which means they are comfortable with the rams covering anything they get, or the cards being in this game with a field goal deficit at least.
