Oh please enlighten me with your logic. I'm not going to write every single factor of why I like a team. If you don't think experience matters or a guy who has been waiting forever for his moment then you're looking blindly into a game. There's a ton of other reasons. No billy butler tonight. Aoki is going to have trouble in the outfield. Guthrie is not a great pitcher. Bochy hopefully won't be a moron bringing in machi and Strickland again.

    KC all night.
Hudson will not be a mystery to that team.
Plus Hudson is like 100 years old.

Guthrie is sneaky, he'll keep SF bats off balanced all night.

    KC ftw

why is kc over 5 runs +300? 5 runs for this offense? that doesn't seem like much.

    Look at it this way.
To collect, you need KC to score 6 runs.
Not easy to score 6 runs in a game, no less in a stadium you have never played in, against a quality team.

Books are saying KC would score 6 runs once every three times in this spot (thus +300)
It's fair, actually the number favors the book, should be 450

I think KC is gonna win this game like 4-0 we'll see. I'm gonna take KC -2.5.

Hudson wont be a surprise to a team but your saying Guthrie a career 4.20 era pitcher is going to be sneaky against experienced batters? I dont know if I agree much with this logic.

You don't have to agree, I know what Guthrie throws, he's a junkballer, and SF hitters like hard cheese, not soft slop.

Bet what you want, doesn't effect me one way or the other.

    Good luck

I don't think anyone fears Petit, sure he had two nice relief outings recently, outside of that, he's a ham and egger.

Un 7 is easy bet here. Hudson will show up tonite and Guthrie will pitch well. Bochy will not use Machi and will make the right moves matching up. Picking the winner is more of a coin flip in which case I side with KC. Nobody probably fears Petit but the guy has guts and knows how to pitch. The type of pitcher that gives you a comfortable 0-4 nite if he was a starter. If Hudson falters early you will see him. Bochy uncharacteristically botched game 2.

I think the under is the safest bet on the board, and I applaud your post.

    1* KC
    2* Under

    For me

    I wish you well.

I will disappointed if Hudson don't show up tonite. One of the greatest pitchers of his generation finally on the big stage. Guy is a winner and a bulldog. Guys like him, obviously not what he once was but can have moments comparable to his start against Washington where he went 7+ and gave up 1R. Hudson will make the Royals RH bats look foolish tonite. The only ??? is what will the LH's do against him? I think Guthrie's stuff plays well against SF especially in that ball park. This has the making and the feel of 2-2 game decided late.

Also like the importance of the game. Big swing game and should be managed accordingly. No way Bochy pulls the shit he did in KC. Yost absolutely out managed him that game... Never thought I would say that. Bochy with one game in hand did not manage that game with any urgency. Instead of going for it he brought out a washed up Peavy for a 3rd trip thru the LU and followed that up by bringing in his 5th 6th or 7th best guy in the pen to put fire out and they put gas on it. Ball game!

    Aoki needs to be benched.

another thing to remember Tim Hudson was the clean-up hitter at Auburn . He can flat out rake.

Guthrie is basically an automatic out.

SF after clinching the NLCS in such dramatic fashion, rode the wave into KC for game 1 very pumped as KC had not yet lost a game in the playoffs and had a huge layoff. The wave has now crashed for SF, and even after SF's lead off homer in game 2, they still got smoked by KC. Now SF heads home where they'll be complacent, while KC is back riding the wave possibly winning out now. KC tonight for sure, at least from what I am seeing.

KC's supreme defense already on display tonight, while SF's D almost threw that last one away, along with KC manufacturing the needed runs to win. SF will need to score by the 7th, or they're done.
