    The Niners are too beat up. They are missing Aldon Smith and Navarro Bowman (2 of their best defensive players). They have injuries to the OL including their top 2 TEs who are excellent blockers and they simply can't block for the run (or pass really). The secondary is also beat up and they are getting burned repeatedly. Don't see how anyone can back them right now, there has to be better plays out there.

    I think you are overthinking it, chip kelly and eagles are the talk of the league right now and they open 3.5 dogs to struggling banged up niner team? lol Im too lazy to look it up but I bet harbaugh has a great ats home record and a great ats record following a loss as well, the loss today just makes it easier to back them like the op said
