    If you're broke your debt to income ain't gonna cut it, coach, PITI and current debts has to be below 50%. You won't even get into underwriting. I'm guessing you won't have 20% sourced to to avoid MI either, and thats assuming you could get a concession. No more stated income loans chief since RESPA either, but good luck.

    Well chief what strawbuyers such as yourself forget when attempting consumer fraud is that sellers are people too. How would you feel if some shnook was taking up your time with walk thrus and questions that ended up being irrelevant because they weren't qualified in the first place? You would feel like your time was wasted. Stated and No Income No Asset Loans are GONE chief. Respect the sellers and when you have the income and assets maybe they'll respect you.
