Customer service has been pretty weak as you can often get different answers to the same questions when you contact different clerks.

Banking options seem the same as almost everywhere. Have some coin with them currently. Good book. Safe and they have the holy grail cashout option that only a couple other books have as well. Research it.

Extremely safe.
Very vanilla lines though.
Not much in the way of props.

I've had an account there for years, good as an ancillary book, 5D or Pinny would be a 'go-to' book, but as far as backup books go, terrific choice.

BetDSI have now lowered their withdrawal fees across the board; in large part due to player feedback. It is 50% cheaper in some cases to withdraw funds. The BetDSI review lists the current withdrawal fees. But for example, where a $299 payout through the P2P method incurred a $60 fee before, it is now a $25 fee, a $1500 P2P now costs $85 from $150, the other payout methods also had fees vastly reduced.

I made a withdrawal a few months ago. I was ok with the fees then. I'll be even better with the new fee scale. Betdsi is a great book in my opionion. I miss their football contests that they had a few years back. Best in the biz.

Solid book. Lines are full juice and vanilla, but sometimes have value. Props are not easy to beat. Withdrawal fees were high, looks like they are back to market prices. No Skrill, but DC is not too bad. Points rewards are a nice plus. Not a good "only" book, but a nice third out to have.

If you go to their Rewards section it tells you how many for each method and amount.

Unless you start out as a diamond member or big ball your way to it, and most of us will not, there are no free payout methods for a newcomer or players who are grinding throughout the year.

I do not like how they do their bonuses. On the site it said i qualified for a 100% bonus and i got that. I went on again later and it said i qualified for a 100% bonus pick one. So i did and i did not get it. I called up and they said i already had one. My response was then why does it say i qualified and pick one? It did not say you may qualify . After going back and forth they said they valued me as a customer and gave me 20 % instead. Keep in mind this was not in an e-mail it was on my account online. Matter of fact i just went online to look still says same thing.

I've used both DSI and Heritage for years now....best books hands down!...super fast pay when you withdraw and never had any problems with any of them!...
