Right now at the bet-at-home ATP tournament in Hamberg, Mikhail Kukushkin is a set up (6-2) and they are on serve in the second set.
The tournament is on clay and Ferrer losing here would be a big upset. He was listed at -1100 or so before the match started.
I have basically already locked up my wager, as I had Kukushkin +5.5 games and +105 but now I am wishing that I had sprinkled a little on him straight up!
dont we all.... i saw the line go from -1500ish to -1000ish and almost put a little bit on it... then went to odds portal and decided that there wasnt enough action to signal an upset so i left it alone
Ferrer is looking better now. I am sure he wins here still.
I love betting against him, especially when getting a load of games. He tends to start slow, and tends to play down to competitors and then grinds out the win late.
What got me was Igor Sijslings today. Unreal. I had him at +4.5 games. After the first two sets he was up a game.....that meant he only needed ONE game to get me the win. Somehow he lost 6-0 and I lost by a half game. Those are the ones that hurt. Sijsling's just gave up. Ouch.
