What do you do when you go on Full Tilt?

    How do you control it?

i'm sure it happens to some of you as well but sometimes there will be a game that i lose and it sends me into an action frenzy... its crazy i dont make rationale decisions when this happens...

i mean it usually turns into me losing a bunch of money but not always..

sometimes it turns out well for me but its like this Full Tilt thing takes over

Just fukked up my open parlay that i had going for 3 days and now i am about to have to reload again

    Take a break.

I haven't bet real money in like 2 months. And thats not even as result to going on tilt.

    Just relaxing until football.

Bear, just display some emotional control, take a deep breath and rationalize the situation.

These are just bets and games. There is so much more to life. They aren't a big deal in the grand scheme of things, so there's no need to ever get too high or low.

You get a hell of a rush when you go on tilt.

All it takes is a bad beat when you were already counting the money. Then you try to get those losses back and get in on a live action bet and lose. Then you say F it and go all in for some late night degen action on some game that is the only one going on.

You get the biggest rush and it feels soooooooooooooooooo good when you hit. You look into your account and see you got all of your money back plus a little more. Then you go to bed comfortably.

But the feeling is waaaaaaaaaaaay worse when you lose. You go to sleep trying to sleep it off and end up waking up at 2 in the afternoon feeling like complete sh1t with a slight headache and you spend the rest of the day thinking about what the hell happened and why not just cash out.

Gambling on tilt is beautiful yet ugly at the same time

its very rare but when it happens I eat. I will pretty much binge eat until I feel better. This way I don't think about chasing and the food makes everything alright.

Same shit happens to me. Not gonna a lie fellas I'm small time. I deposit small in hopes of building my BR. For example. This past Tuesday I deposited 70 bucks into the good ol trusted sportsbook account. Believe it or not I've turned it into a little over 500 bucks. Now that I have an opportunity to withdraw I should, but will I. I don't know what to do with myself when there's no money in my account to bet on games. It's frustrating that I struggle to watch sports without money on it. Then I keep the money in and go on tilt and I lose it all. I'm gonna try to withdraw tomorrow. Just haven't decided how much, or whether to get all of it

I wonder if one day I will meet somebody that NEVER tilts.....but I doubt it.

As a guy that has been betting for close to 30 years, all you can do is try to walk away. I legitimately do my best to take a break, and I have been better at it these last two years....but that took until I hit my forties.

My advice, shut the computer down, turn the tv off and go for a walk. If that hasn't helped when you get home just smash your tv and your laptop....don't forget your phone and your iPad, those will need smashing too.

    Good luck!

Ive turned $20 into $500 and lost it all. I just lost $350. It sucks and its really depressing when you lose all your account balance because you couldnt accept a loss like a man. Im still wondering if some day I could stop myself from going on tilt.

The good old days would consist of me finding a game to go all-in on. When that lost, do anything I could to get money into the account to throw on a parlay or all-in on another game with another lined up right after if it hit for another all-in. Miss those times.

I sometimes end up betting Austrailian Netball when I'm up late and can't get to sleep.

Bet smaller.. double down twice if you lose twice, to get your money back. I'd like to think that I'd pick at least 33% when i'm desperate lol. I also take $50 and turn it into 500. If I lose a a few $50 bets I just end up depositing $200 and go to town. Cash out rinse and repeat.. this is all for fun anyways.

I often do well on sports I have no bias like volleyball/handball/rugby when on tilt.. just use stats.

Head to Vegas. Where else are they going to let you get down the kinda shit you want when you're in full tilt?

Go play craps or three card while waiting on a massive sports wager to cash in the book a few steps away.

Just make sure to save some extra money to pound out an escort - no matter how things went earlier.

should always be betting safe to avoid this type of disaster. bet the perfect unit size and only 2-3 games a day. if you go 0-3 thats it, bad night but not the end. if you go 3-0 great night, watch the local news, jimmy kimmel and you have a great buzz going. wake up feeling great

last time i busted out was last summer. was terrible. changed everything since then and i havent needed to deposit in 6+ months
