    Help please!

I want to share my story. Maybe I will find help here. I had a sportingbet account where I deposit twice. I made soccer bets mainly. I decided to withdraw and my money arrived. After that I continue betting to sportingbet. At the second withdraw they ask me for two documents for verifications. I gave them. I received e-mail in which they told me that my account and papers were validated and they wish me good luck on sportingbet pages but to withdraw again because the withdrawl was cancelled in the meanwhile. After two days my account was closed and my money taken. I contact them on chat and they said that because rule 1.4 my bets were cancelled and my money too. In that two days I put no bet. The 1.4 rule: The Sportingbet site and the promotions offered to Sportingbet customers are designed for customers taking part in recreational betting and gaming and if we believe that the bets are being placed or the site is being used for any other reason, other than recreational betting, for example but not limited to fraud, collusion, arbitrage or matched betting, then Sportingbet reserves the right to refuse or void bets, to refuse to grant a bonus or promotion, to exclude a customer from Sportingbet bonuses, rewards or promotions on an ongoing basis or to close a customer account without notice. Sportingbet undertakes customer profiling in making this determination.
SO Soccer bets are not recreational because I do not understand? I read that arbitrage is between two or more bookies. How cand I do that with only one sportsbook? Can you help me with an advise? Thank you!

Need more info, need details to better help you.
    How much you deposit?
What method you use for deposit?
How much you withdraw first time?
How much you try and withdraw second time?
    What bonuses/promotions did you get?
Lastly, how were you referred to this book?

Hello SplitAces. I was not referred by anyone. I did not take any bonuses/promotions. I bet on soccer. My method of deposit: Neteller. I deposit 250 euros twice. In total: 500 euros! I made a first withdraw: 999 euros. At the second one they ask for papers and after giving them they validated my account and ask me to withdraw again. I withdraw 900 euros that was also validated. And after that my account was closed with remaining balance.

I know this does not help, however this Book sucks. Stick to one of the 5 main books with A ratings.
I do not even see net teller as an option on their site for payments?
Unless they believe you had multiple accounts or were doing something without full transparency, they are screwing you.
Bright side is you made some money and learned a lesson about bad books.
First off, no chat, call the book straight and speak to them. Chat is no good. Give them an opportunity to explain.
I would request a specific reason for this closure and forfeiture of funds.
    Let us know.

Thank you SplitAces for your answers. They have skrill and neteller as a payment method. To deposit and withdrawl. I do not have multiple accounts and they said that they closed my account and keeping my money because of the rule 1.4. With multiaccounting is another rule, I guess 4.7 or something like that. You are right to advice me to bet on A bookies but what is done is done. The reason why I posted this is that maybe...maybe others will see my posts and they will know what to expekt from sportingbet. And obviously I want my money.

I withdrawl because after my first withdrawl I was limited on 4 euros/odd. I bet on different leagues. Not just at one league. Thanks!
