Card looks good. A lot more games have stood out to me today than in the previous 2 weeks. So far I am 11-5 betting OVER-UNDERs in MLB for the season. Still a little too early and should get easier as pitchers develop ERA's and we start to see more good and bad pitching patterns emerging.
As far as NBA goes:
(1) Charlotte Bobcats - Boston Celtics - UNDER 193.5 - I love this play tonight. All the games these two have have been in the mid 180's or way under. Both styles and tempos of plays shouldn't change that much today.
(2) Pacers +6.5 at Miami - Every time these two teams collide it goes down to the wire. Both team are struggling in the last three weeks barely playing .500 basketball but will be amped for this match tonight. The Eastern Conference title is at stake and expect all marginally injured players to show up. Dwayne Wade most likely will not be playing for Miami though....so +6.5 seems like a lot to cover.
(3) Orlando +7.5 vs. Washington Wizards - Orlando plays decent teams tough at home and 7.5 points seems like a lot to cover here. Brooklyn only managed to win by 4 at Amway the other day.
(4) Knicks vs. Raptors - OVER 193 total points - At Toronto both teams should play at a higher pace and 193 really doesn't seem like a lot to cover. Neither teams really stout on defense either.
Big NHL game with play off seeding implications for both the San Jose Sharks and the Colorado Avalanche tonight at the HP Pavilion. Expect a high goal scoring affair as both teams average 7 total goals a game every time they play one another.
(5) Colorado Avalanche vs. San Jose Sharks - OVER 5.5 Goals
(6) Detroit Red Wings (-185) ML vs. Carolina Hurricanes
As far as MLB plays tonight goes -
(7) OVER 7 runs in San Francisco vs. Colorado Rockies baseball game. Bumgarner and Jorge de la Rosa aren't necessarily sharp yet and de la Rosa has known to be a gas can in the past. Giants hit Jorge de la Rosa well and Bumgarner has an ERA over 5.00 vs. the Rockies last year. Giants RL wouldn't be a bad bet here either.
(8) OVER 7.5 runs in Chicago White Sox vs. Cleveland Indians
Carlos Carrasco is a gas can and pitched poorly against the Chi-Sox last year and Chris sale (although good) had an ERA over 5.50 in four starts vs. the Indians last year. See this as a 6-4 or 7-4 type of game.
Good luck all.
