    All-Time 1st Team NBA

Okay, so you have one lineup to create as your All-Time Greatest NBA Dream Team. The center position is up for grabs but not sure how you can go without including the names LeBron James and Michael Jordan. As for the point guard and small forward, that may be up for debate as well.

Center - Bill Russell(defensive pheom and 11 NBA championships in 13 seasons - in light of the offense you're getting from the others, seems like a fit)

    Power forward -LeBron James

    Small Forward - Larry Bird

    Shooting Guard - Michael Jordan

    Point Guard - Magic Johnson

Because Russel played so long ago, me as a 25 year old I didn't watch him.

Wilt (has to be on the list)
    Russell
    Lebron
    Jordan
    Oscar

No combo would touch this team

my thoughts exactly! Olajuwon was the most complete center. He could dominate both defensively and offensively. Arguably the second or third best shooing big man ever behind Dirk and Ewing which puts him ahead of Russell. However, Olajuwon was a force defensively like neither dirk or Patrick.

Very surprised no one endorsed Kobe.

With the lineup you have, defense tops offense in the middle. There's only one ball.

    You damn right he is!!

Any list without Bird on it is a joke, and most likely compiled by a douche.

Bird should be on the list no doubt, guy did all the things that DON'T show up on the Stat list as well as the the things that do.

how is it possible a guy like Bird could average 10 rebounds a game for his career????

guy played with Mchale and Parrish, and rebounded that well along with all the other things he did? c'mon

Wilt should get consideration, guy just never got to play on a really put together team.

dude was one of the greatest pure athletes of all time, a great scorer, led the league in assists one year, guy was Lebron in a 7'1 body back in the day.

    50 points a night for a full season? c'mon

Ive watched all of the bulls and lakers playoff pushes. These games come on often on NBA TV and they are more available in decent quality vs Russel in the 60's. I've watched like 2 games that Russel played in.

Yeah it was tough between Russell and Wilt for me at Center. I went with defense over offense, seeing as Im getting plenty of "O" from the rest of my squad. Also the reason I chose Duncan at PF...
