Quicken Loans will give 50k apiece to top 20 best-but-not-perfect brackets ($1 million total) and also $1 million apiece to Cleveland and Detroit city schools (two areas where Quicken has a huge presence). Quicken gets very valuable personal info from 15 million people plus promotion for $3 million bucks, $2 million of which goes to inner city schools. Buffett/Berkshire risk insurance doesn't pay any of that, as i understand it, but they may (i.e., publicly say that Quicken gives it to make them look better since they have kind of a shady business trafficking overpriced mortgages and payday loans to poor people, but there may be some sort of split behind the scenes).
